Effective date: July 7, 2026. By accessing or using niubitrader.com (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

1. Nature of the service

The Site displays market-microstructure and options-analytics indicators (including but not limited to options gamma exposure and related book- and flow-derived metrics) computed from publicly available market data. The Site is an information tool — not an investment adviser, broker, or trading platform.

2. No investment advice

Nothing on the Site — indicator readings, articles, examples — constitutes investment advice, a trade signal, or an offer or recommendation of any kind. The indicators measure microstructure state, which has no necessary relationship with future price direction. All trading decisions and their consequences are yours alone. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone.

3. Data provided "as-is"

Data and indicators are provided "as-is" and "as available":

  • No accuracy warranty: the upstream feed, the computation engine, and the delivery pipeline can all err, lag, or fail
  • No availability warranty: the Site may be suspended or discontinued at any time, for maintenance or otherwise, without notice
  • Latency exists: there is pipeline delay between exchange matching and what you see; on-page timestamps and status flags are informational only
  • During the beta, features, symbol coverage, and threshold parameters may change at any time

4. Data source and usage boundaries

Indicators shown on the Site are derived results computed from CME market data provided by Databento, Inc. The Site does not redistribute or sell raw market data. You may not scrape, bulk-collect, resell, or redistribute the data and indicators shown on the Site, nor reverse-engineer the Site or access it by automated means beyond normal user behavior.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's indicator methodology, code, copy, charts, and branding belong to the Site operator. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Site. Reasonable quotation of Site content with attribution is welcome.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site — including trading decisions made in reliance on any indicator, data errors, or service interruptions.

7. Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time; revisions take effect when posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be flagged prominently on the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
